Refund & Return Policy – Clayjean
At Clayjean, we are committed to delivering high-quality streetwear backed by strict quality checks and reliable service. Each product is carefully inspected prior to dispatch. However, in the rare case that you receive a damaged or defective item, we offer a limited return and refund policy under the terms detailed below.
1. No Returns or Exchanges for Size or Preference
Please note that Clayjean does not accept any returns or exchanges in the following circumstances:
• Change of mind after order placement
• Wrong size ordered
• Product doesn’t match personal expectations not related to defect
Each product page contains a detailed size chart to help customers make informed decisions. We strongly advise reviewing this chart before placing your order.
2. Return Eligibility – Only for Damaged or Defective Products
Returns or refunds are strictly limited to the following cases:
• Damaged product received
• Manufacturing defect in the item
In such cases, customers must initiate the return process by submitting the Return Form located in the Order Section of our website.
3. Mandatory Proof Submission
To be eligible for a return or refund, customers must:
• Upload clear photographs clearly showing the defect or damage
• Submit a video of the unboxing process, recorded from start to finish, with all original tags and packaging visible
Return requests without photo or video proof will not be accepted.
4. Strict 2-Day Return Window
• The return form must be submitted within two (2) calendar days of delivery.
• For example, if your order is delivered on the 10th, the return request must be submitted by the 12th.
• Any request submitted on or after the 13th will not be eligible for return or refund under any condition.
5. Return & Refund Process
1. Visit the Order Section of our website.
2. Fill out the Return Form, uploading the required images and unboxing video.
3. Our team will review the request within a few working days.
4. If approved, we will process either:
• A replacement (subject to availability), or
• A refund to the original payment method
6. Refund Timeline
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days of approval. The time for the refund to reflect depends on your bank or payment gateway provider.
7. Reasons for Rejection of Return Requests
Your return/refund request may be rejected if:
• It is raised after the 2-day window
• The product is found to be used, washed, or altered
• The issue reported is not related to product damage or defect
• Required photo/video proof is missing or inadequate
